ZS Instruments DR300 Digital Readout Displays and Linear Glass Scales designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA. Our DRO systems provide up to 3 axis position readout for a milling machine, lathe, horizontal boring mill, surface grinder, OD grinder etc. Advanced functions such as Bolt Hole Patterns, multi-plane Radius/Incline milling, and directional tool compensation, make every day machining tasks easier, increase productivity and reduce defects. Each ZS Instruments DRO system conforms to the stringent IPC-A-610 class III high reliability requirements for design, assembly and inspection of electronics. DRO Mother boards go through a rigous cleaning process to remove residual flux and other corrosives, and then receive a layer of Conformal Coating, practice common in Military & Aerospace indsutries. This provides a previously unseen level of reliability and guards DRO electronics from hostile environment such as exposure to metal dust, moisture, aggressive vapors, and fungus. ZS Instruments Glass Scales produced under class 100 cleanroom environment and feature Patent Pending sensor technologies.
