Easson 3-axis ES-12B is a universal readout. It can be configured as mill, lathe or grinder DRO. This 3-axis DRO can also be configured to 2-axis lathe DRO. Basic functions of Easson Readout. You may choose ANY three scales in the lengths above. Attention please, scale length refers to effective travel. Actual end to end overall physical length is 145 mm longer than travel. Our JCXE scales are double-sealed. This implies better protection against dust and coolant and extended longevity. This double-sealing makes a difference on the market. The models/shapes of covers are determined by the position of installation on the machine. Cover for X axis scale is different from those on Y and Z axis. Y and Z axis installation surface is usually uneven. The backing plates will make installation easier. Brackets and screws for fitting reading heads. Occasionally, brackets may have to be customized in your own workshop. Therefore, our brackets can only be taken as “generic”. X axis scales can be mounted onto the rear side of the milling table directly. The reading head and scale will be on the same level. Usually, no backing plate and brackets are needed to adjust the height of the reading head. One package of screws and washers will be supplied for each scale.
